Environmental
Dakhla bay is an area of unspoilt natural beauty, and we want to keep it that way, we use sail as our main method of propulsion and commit to not allowing rubbish and pollutants into the water or on the beaches, we clean up litter when we see it, and avoid the use of unnecessary packaging and one use plastics in the services we offer. We learn what we can about the wildlife we see daily, and do what we can to protect it, we are constantly working out ways to minimise our environmental impact locally and globally.
Community
Individuals, families and friends, young and old, beginner or experienced, we have something for all – everyone is welcome.
Safety
Your safety is important to us as well as the safety of our staff. We have trained and qualified staff to international standards: one RYA Yachtmaster, two RYA day skippers and various RYA dinghy sailing /power boat qualifications between us. We provide safety equipment, and commit to keeping the boats and equipment in good working order. We have regular inspections from the marine authorities in order to get our Navigation permit renewed each year. We are insured.
